Postdoctoral & Clinical Fellows

Recent and upcoming PhD, MD, or MD/PhD graduates, or UChicago clinical fellows interested in pursuing research in the lab should email Kal their CV plus a brief statement describing prior research, future goals & reasons to apply to our lab. Graduate Students

UChicago graduate students interested in a rotation should contact Kal to discuss current opportunities. Any external students should apply to one of the UChicago Biosciences Graduate Programs, as we are unable to accept graduate students directly.

Medical Students

UChicago medical students interested in performing research in the lab should contact Kal to discuss current opportunities.

Undergraduate Students

UChicago undergraduates who are interested in gaining research experience should contact Kal to discuss current opportunities. Long-term commitment (academic year and summer, for one or more years) is preferred, based on initial experience.
